Alone in a barren area,

Next to a pool of refreshment,

It's a desperate tourist's site,

The tree gives shade,

The pool of drinkable water gives refreshment,

And the soft sand acts like a cushion,

A paradise for people,

Who without rest are determined to stay alive,

The tree in the desert.
